Despite the difficult periods in the history of winemaking in the Roussillon region, this domaine works as the vine itself; persevering to give the best of themselves.
Until the 60's of last century, the Roussillon winemakers mainly survived from making sweet wines. As one of the pioneers, Francis Jaubert began to produce dry white wines. Through his pioneering work he was elected as president of the appellation "Côtes du Roussillon" in 1967.
The crus of the Roussillon region are from his hand (eg Les Aspres). This 100 hectares big domain should certainly be discovered!
