Domaine Loberger is ran by the family Loberger, already since the 17th century, generation after generation, they are working in the vineyards. Started as grapes vendors, sellers of wine in bulk, winemakers, to finally gather a domaine with vineyards expanded over an area of 8 hectares and with several Grand Cru plots.
Since 1984, Jean-Jacques Loberger is working in the vineyards and makes and sells biodynamic wines himself.
The vineyards are planted on the slopes of the towns of Guebwiller and Bergholtz. These vineyards enjoy a perfect south-eastern exposure.
The production is voluntarily limited in order to improve the quality of the grapes and to increase the terroir expression. The personality and the great quality of the wines are the result of sophisticated methods in the vineyards and winemaking.
