Chardonnay

Based on genetical research, Chardonnay is a hybrid between Pinot and Gouias blanc.
Grapes and clusters are small. This variety  has the potential to make an outstanding dry wine, a blanc de blancs or even a sweet wine!

The typical aroma's are complex and intens ( nuts, hazelnuts, roasted touches, exotic fruits, buttery...)
Chardonnay wines are well suited to age and ripen on oak barrels.
